Heroic Quests

Was thinking it would be fun to have quests you can go on with your favorite NPC's more often. For example you go to Driftwood Tavern and someone there will give you a list of quests that changes daily or every few days. So depending on the NPC you could solo it or get more people to party with to complete it. A quest for Zoey Fargo could be done with 1-2 people while a quest for Xuna would need 3-4. These could be done to unlock quests for fan favorites like Jarlaxle. Those quests in turn could give you a item associated with the character like Jarlaxle's hat or even his bracer.
