Dragonborn Overpowered?

I'm all for new content, classes, races ...etc. But does anyone else think that the new dragon races is overpowered? I mean, just the other day on the forums we were talking about how we think it would be a good idea to slow the game down...cut the xp, etc. It's like using cheat codes or God mode...we'res the challenge?

    It's not so much the Dragonborn, as the Gear that they have.
    You are seeing people at LvL 4 with two Purple Rings a Purple Amulet, and a Purple Belt with Rank 7+ Enchants (the Slayer Knights items and the Dragon Ring) along with a LvL 60 Artifact. That's over 2000 GS. At LvL 4. And some folks have access to the Ancient Moholorand Items, so they have Perfect Weapon Enchants as well. At LvL 4. Add onto that the availability of X.P. Boosters and you have folks WAY overpowered for the areas they are in.
    In conclusion, it's the Gear, not the Toon.

    Yeah...I agree. But I was wondering what people thought of the +3 to power and crit, as well as the 5 to healing? I'm not against it, please understand, I was just interested in what others thought in light of previous discussions :)

    They changes the racial its a passive now and its only boost Power and Crit stats you have bye 3%

    Well, it does make them very, very versatile. Most other Races have one single Class that they are better than everyone else for and are not so good and most others. Dragonborn will be good at absolutely everything. Just very slightly less perfect than the Race that is tailored to the Class (AKA Half-Ork GWF's, or Dwarf GF's). They also just LOOK really cool ;)

    Yeah...i of course couldn't resist the temptation to play around with the new character/race this morning...did anyone else find that tiefling is racially a brilliant fit to the new class?

    I'd say they are BIS, but not to the degree if them being overpowered

    Not that impressed by them. Like others have said the gear is op while leveling which is what you're seeing. The actual dragonborn class is a good second choice on most classes and maybe a first choice by a thin margin on one or two builds.

    TBH it seems like the racial is broken for the class i am not seeing the crit increase at all or i am blind

    Dragon born probably have the best racial bonuses but at 60 I don't think it makes a huge difference. The main thing that annoys me though is I usually enjoy playing low lvl pvp with a new char, and since warlock is out now I was planning on doing that but no way I'm gonna bother with lots of dragon born around with full epics, and already an epic artifact. They make low lvl pvp pointless for 90% of players, and I don't like the idea of someone being able to just pay for something and beat everyone.

    Its called P2... i mean F2P... anyways it is pretty awesome the artifact makes a big difference, i understand how it could suck for pvp but I'm all pve anyways and loving it on my lock.

    hahaha. I hate that I cant do low lvl pvp with my lock but at lest the dragonborn are fun for you guys t play, the pack would have sucked without that artifact I think though, it seems really good.
