Missing Renegade tattoos

I was looking through the Menzoberranzan Renegade options just to play around and see if I want to finally make one after all this time. I wanted to see what the tattoos looked like, since it's been so long since I had seen them. They seem to be missing from the character generator. I ran a search, and all the posts I found regarding this are from a year ago. There even seem to be patch notes that mention this problem was fixed. I did buy the Hero of the North pack before the game released, so I can select the Renegade. But the tattoos are missing.

I stopped playing before the first module, though, and I just patched the old client when I started up again recently. I downloaded Arc to see if that had something to do with it, but it recognized my install, and I didn't have to download anything. I'm currently running a Forced Verify to see if I'm missing an asset somewhere.

This happened when Mod 3 was released and the new character generator appeared.

I would have complained because I purchased the Hero of the North Founders package and that is the only bit of "Costume" that was advertised as one of the items in the package. So technically those tattoos are a paid-for item.

But I never cared about them because no one will ever see them and only I would even know there were there on my face.

So... meh.
