Need Help Selecting Gear for PVP Focused CW

Hello Fellow CW's,
I need help selecting what would be considered "BIS" CW gear for PVP.
Currentally my build is built for max CON/Int and (Once I reach Lvl 60) will equip Radiants in all slots (5 Def, 4 Off) besides Utility.
Once I reach Level 60 there is a ton of grinding to do for boons and glory, and due to my limited play time I really want to focus on 1 equipment/weapon set.
What would you recommend I aim for?
Right now I am thinking Profound Thum or Purified Black ice (no weapon ideas yet) however I would really appreciate your insight. I have not seen the new Mod 4 gear, maybe it is another option?
