I support the idea of making boon currencies account bound. That would make the grind somewhat faster for those who already grinded the whole thing several times.
Maybe not for the latest campaign (to avoid people finishing it the day after it is released), but once a new campaign is released previous campaign currencies should be unlocked and account-tradable. With all the content there is, having to wait for weeks to complete sharandar again, while I have other characters that *can* do the weekly (but there's no point in doing so) is quite frustrating.
