Enchantment Bots

So these are ok to use?I assume this because after taking a ton of time and collecting the names and handles of all the accounts made to sell the enchants and giving them to GM's nothing is done.Is it good for the economy or something?I know they are bots because when you buy something it is replaced a minute later at anytime of the day all day everyday.All the accounts are handles like xxxxxxx and I assume are all the same person,they price everything the same.I have spent 100 hours farming enchants in Hotenow in the past and all my efforts were made feeble by bots.I reported ALL the names a few times and this last time asked for a reply but OF COURSE nothing.THe first time they were reported they all disappeared but then came back.So how does all this work?Why won't it be taken care of?How can they tell it is or isn't bots?If they are legitimate (hahaaa) why won't the person I message about it reply to tell me that?I guess i'll just keep sending the same message over and over till they reply or reply here.This game has had sooooo many problems that didn't need to be there.

They won't respond as that would be giving specific information on an account. No mmo does this. They came right back because likely one account got banned and they moved to another one almost instantly.

Use the ingame reporting method or the support website to report this sort of thing. Not here.

Also, per Cryptic's privacy policies, results of any sort of investigation is not disclosed to anyone but the affected party. The party making the report does not receive a response beyond "we will look into this and take appropriate action."
