shadow strike and bloodbath bug

Hi i would like to report for these 2 skills.
shadow strike:
1) it happens alot in combat takes a few tries to even cast it succesfully, odten get interrupted.
2) sometime when casted it goes on cooldown but it doesn refill the stealth bar.
bloodbath:
1) after casting it often strike once only and drain all AP.
it's been a known issue for sometimes now as far as im concened, so please take a look at them.
