ZAX Timeframes

I have been waiting to exchange AD to Zen since the morning of the 3rd of August and my order has not been filled (3 mil AD @ 500 per Zen).

I know that the backlog is causing a wait time, however I thought it would take 5 days (with my luck 7 days) and that’s cool but now I'm on the 9th day and still no Zen.

Has anyone had an order filled since the 3rd of August?

Would the "Trading Probation" on some accounts be adding to the delay?

Should I put on my tin hat and ponder on how convenient this is with a new MOD, and new Zen store goodies just around the corner?

    The five days was stated back when the backlog was only 5-6 million. It's now 13. I'd expect a 14 ish day wait and the earliest I'd guess you'd get your zen will be the 17th. At earliest.

    It took me 7 days when the backlog was around 8 mil.

    At least it's somewhat stabilized now, I expect the situation to change with the first days of m4 still...

    I have some fresh data, my order:

    29 Jul 2014 23:45 23 Hammond Of Texas transferred 425000 (AD) from the Personal Balance to the Exchange Balance
    29 Jul 2014 23:45 23 Hammond Of Texas offered to buy 850 (Z) for 500 (AD) each.

    Was fulfilled just yesterday:

    10 Aug 2014 01:27 23 Purchased 850 for 500 each.

    I have another order made on 1 August that wasn't still fulfilled, so we will probably have to wait a few more days (13 days total, at the current backlog level)

    Started two offers at roughly 5:00 P.M. PDT on July 31st. I have yet to get them.

    It would be great if devs added the number right next to the order that indicates the position in queue. It is extremely easy to add, like 30 seconds of programming and players would be able to track the progress of the order.

    Not sure they would want to do this since it would be an obvious admission of their failure to keep the economy under control, to introduce a feature that merely shows how badly messed up things are...
