Dismounting fills divinity pip bars

I noticed over on test that this happened, and then checked on the live server (where I hadn't noticed it before) and it is in fact happening there as well. When I dismount, I'm getting divinity as I would if I had an encounter come off of cool down (I have 4/5 Ethereal Boon).

    'tis the only reason i take Ethereal Boon at all..
    But then again it's not like theres a better feat to replace this one.
