Dwarven Valley occassionally locked

On my HR, I have a kind of weird bug in IWD. When I try to switch zones, it will occassionally say that Dwarven Valley hasn't been unlocked yet, even though I unlocked it a long time ago. I don't have this problem on my CW or GWF in IWD. My HR is AB, while my CW and GWF are TT. I have no idea why this only happens to my HR. It's not a big problem, I'll just go to Caer Konig and go to Dwarven Valley from there, but thought I'd make a report anyway.
