Bug Report: GWF Spinning Strike

Spinning Strike seems to break when moving - ie, I get the full duration of the ability while standing stock still, but if I move in any way, the effect is cancelled with only a partial drain of AP. I have tested this multiple times and it is 100% reproducible.
