Quest: Ritual Behavior

We are unable to progress this mission because there is no quest for Ritual Behavior to complete today's Common Cause quest (in Whispering Caverns). This is the same issue we had with the Mithral Mine quest.
I was able to drop the quest and pick it back up again, but still no quest available for Ritual Behavior.
