Did anyone ever redeem the Dark Forest Bear+200 ZEN code? Question!

SOLVED

My brother just bought a physical copy of Neverwinter with a great deal, he got Dark Forest Bear mount (re-colour of the Armored Bear) for 10€ which is really awesome, however the game box also promised he will be given 200 Zen, however neither of us is sure on how he is supposed to reclaim that Zen.

He tried entering the PIN code on the 'pre-paid card' payment option, but his code wasn't accepted.

Did anyone redeem this code, and if so, do you know how he is supposed to do it?

Some people told me they used that prepaid code as coupon code/discount code w/e it's called on the billing page. Have you tried that?

Isn't the billing page the only page where you can purchase zen?
He went to 'Prepaid Card' option, but it wouldn't accept his pin, saying 'Card not found'. We tried re-writing it a number of times, but nothing seemed to work :/

We tried this after you suggested and the first issue is, that the minimum zen required is 1100 Zen, while this PIN only counts for 200, and this way requires a 'promo code', while what we have is considered a PIN.
When we tried inserting both PIN and promo code, it says 'Card Not Found'

The correct purchase option should be found under the OLD PWE Zen Charge website.

    https://billing.perfectworld.com/charge

This page is used for the 'Zen Wallet' Feature anyway, and it allows a purchase of 100 ZEN at 0.99€
A Paysafecard is 'good' until you have used up all the money on it, this means you purchase 2 Transactions of 100 Z at 0.99€ each.
What you have purchased is an 'Original Launch' Version of the game, used to promote it here in Germany. Hint: The DVD has a 'Pre-Mod1' ARC-Free Installer on it. You might want to hold on to that one.

Ah, so from what I understand, my bro can't just buy 200 zen, he has to purchase 10$ worth zen and will get extra 200, or some $ off?

Thank you very much, this worked 100% (:
(although it was needlessly complicated from PWI's part)

The issue is simply due to the halfbaked transfer to the new website. The hilarity is that the website I linked is still used for the core feature: Actually transferring the ZEN to the game.
