Freedom Pass

Whilst doing the quest "Freedom Pass" today, I ran into an issue with several slaves. At least 3 slaves went crazy and started running wildly around the zone, aggroing all the mobs while I tried to chase them about and protect them, before they eventually died. I understand that slavery must be very traumatic, however I request that if this is in fact not a bug, that you please add the "hair on fire, crazy arm waving" while they're fleeing.
