Shatter Strike bug on bosses

please check for possible bug with shatter strike (CW's oppressor last feat) bypassing cc immunity on bosses that are supposedly cc immune. This happens (checks so far) in CN's draco and also new dungeon LoL's bosses. Having that feat you can dazzle the boss which should not be possible. please fix it.

*edit : furious immolation might have something to do as well in conjunction with shatter strike as well. test it please.
