TR Black Ice Main Hand

What is wrong with TR BI MH I have done like dozen on BEHOs and nothing and my friends who plays other calsses got it on 1st or 5th run? How many times do i have to kill him? Is there any tactic to 100% drop success?

    I got no drops for a long time - and then I heard that you could improve your chances by doing all the "side" tasks (free this, burn that, etc...).... I did, and got 3 purple drops in the next 5 HEs I did...including both my main hand and gauntlets - enough to give me the "The Pure" titla, which was all I wanted - the gear itself is utter HAMSTER for a DC.
    Hoping for improvements...
