[Suggestion] to make bound (character) to bound (account)

The option to make character bound items to account bound items.
because i have a character bound mount (apparatus of kwalish) on a character that i'm not playing actively anymore..
I would want to use it on the characters that i'm actively playing, since i have paid a good amount of AD for it..

Same goes for character bound gear, etc..

Could make a item in the ZEN shop that makes this possible, so it's still a win-win
