Auction House - item sold no AD received

I had 2 items posted on the AH, one of them sold (no longer showing in the consignment window), but I have not received the AD via mail.

    Have you checked mail at Gateway? Do they show up there? You may need to clem-up your inbox and delete old useless messages before newer messages appear. I don;t know if this is the problem but could be and worth a try for a solution.
