Hi,
Okay, you are nerfing duelist flurry... You have given in to people who don't know how to play PvP, and who go into domination in PvE armor, or worse: blues or greens for a long time; people who don't want to try hard to get good armor. Are you aware that these people are HIGHLY under geared.
Rogues are as weak as it, what we though, could get. But you are literally stripping rogues of all damage. Are you trying to remove the class from Neverwinter? If you want to balance PvP, so noobs don't cry, make it match by gear score.
GS queue: 5000-7000, 7000-9000, 9000-11000, 11000-13000, and so on! Like you have dungeons.
Stop ruining the game, thank you. And please bring Duelist Flurry as it is into Module 4.
