No complaint area-things im upset about...1 NVW greed

have been playing Neverwinter for months now, I have seen changes mostly good ones and now I can say I have seen a few bad ones. I don’t know where to complain to Neverwinter or to other players to get their feedback on the issues…
For a free game it isn’t free as I have spent hundreds of dollars to make my character strong. Everything cost money in one form or another. But when I got to Ice wind Dale I saw that we can fight and get level 5 and 4 enchantments that we could use to level up out other enchantments as well as our artifacts…no small feat as we might get 5 to 10 level 5 enchantments we could use to level our gear up, meaning we would be fighting a lot to get what we need. But doable…still fun as we had a way to get level 5 enchantments to level our gear up. But now due to some bozo making it so we can’t even get level 4 or 5 enchantments from ice wind dale at all… I’m upset. Seems that Neverwinter is getting to greedy and is only thinking about how much they could make if we was forced to buy the enchantments…but if they don’t drop like before then the price to get even 99 to level up a piece of gear is going to go through the roof. Not to mention if we are leveling up a level a enchantment 8 to a 9 for example we have to make two level 8 to make a 9 and again for a 10! Wow! And now all the drops in ice wind dale has gone to HAMSTER! Not even worth my time to play anymore. It was fun but now not! I am not the only one to think so either, even all my friends are talking about it. My one friend said she will not spend any more money buying anything from this game due to their greed. This game needs to be fun again… Please bring back the enchantments and the drops and rewards as before…otherwise I will find another game to go invest my money into…not just me I’m sure many are with me and thinking the same as I do.
Also one more thing, I received an (Elk Tribe Noble’s Horn Bow) I am a TR Not a HR shouldn’t I get a weapon specifically for my character? I do have a HR but I received this on my TR account and the lame part is I can’t sell it, I can’t trade it, I can’t even send it to my HR account because it is bound to my character and NOT to my account… so lame as these items are sooooooooo hard to even get!
