Tricorn Captains Hat changes female wood elf hairstyle

For some reason I thought this had been fixed a while ago, but I saw that on a male halfling - maybe females &| wood elves never were.
Tricorn Captain's Hat (costume pirate hat from beta) still changes the female hairstyle and colour when equipped Hat of the Pirate Hoard (drop from Cragmire crypt) works correctly.
Attached are the No Hat, Pirate Hoard and Tricorn Captains screenshots for comparison.
