Stuck at loading screen.

After I login, the Cryptic screen loads all the way, but the Neverwinter screen just sits there and says "Loading..." Any ideas how to fix this? I played when it first came and out never had this problem, but apparently now when I'm returning it's <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> up.
