HE: Charthraxis loot drops not in inventory

After beating Charthraxis the other night I the cultist leg fashion item drop, later when I wanted to see what it looked like I tried putting it on and didn't see it in my inventory. Thinking that it was missing because I had items in my overflow bag I ignored it.
Today I the dragon bone trident drop, but again when I checked my inventory it wasn't there even with empty spaces. Not sure whats wrong since the enchants are in my inventory. Thought I'd give a heads up.

    There was an issue with the Heroic Encounter rewards where items were showing up in the reward list but not actually being rewarded. This will be fixed in the next build. Thanks for reporting this bug.

    Sweet , Graalx3 the artifact weapons and belts look awesome , when can you share information about how we upgrade them? or do they upgrade in the same way as regular artifacts ?
