Ideas for Lowbie pvp

It's not fun for newcomers when they want to play this game for the pvp only to find themselves being slaughtered by those with perfect weapon enchants and rank 10s. How about set up a vendor for players under level 60 that can spend glory for temporary perfect weapon enchants, weapons that can hold those enchants and rank 10 enchantments that expire in 3 hours game time. This will even the score without punishing the veterans or nerfing this off-balanced situation.

Many newcomers end up hating the pvp aspect of this game over this issue. It will boost newcomer morale, help newcomers understand which enchantments they will want to pick at level 60 and it will even out low level pvp battlegrounds. I've heard fresh people in the game ask at level 10 if the rumor about this being a pay to win game is true. When they hit pvp with players that have their weapons enchantments amongst other enchantments, they get the impression it is pay to win and contemplate leaving.

The only ones who would be upset about this addition are people who know they aren't really skilled and depend on just their enchantments to carry them.

No, no easy advantage for you in PvP. All 60 lvl newbies need is their own PvP tier.

UPD Pay to win...yes, that's what they call veterans while failing to realize that you need to put some efforts first to get that shiny gear. Will see what song you're going to sing when they add artifact weapons _)

I think a better solution would just be to implement a separate PvP tier for those with low GS or something. I'd support that.

I'll ignore your sarcasm at the end, because there's too much truth in it than we are allowed to discuss before things turn ugly.
    Back OT:
I don't think people leave because they lose. Anyone with half a brain expects to lose as a beginner. You have no gear, no skill, not even a battle plan. You're there to learn, and people fully understand that.
If people leave PvP it's because how they are treated. If you were in IWD earlier today, you could have seen exactly what I mean. People have absolutely not a shred of respect for people who lose even if they outnumber the losers by 3-1. They kept shouting to the losers in zone chat for a solid hour after they won. It's the same in domination. You get called a N0ob or -something unprintable on these forums- for a solid 2 months before you have your gear. And if by then you don't have perfects and r10s you're still a nobody and a loser even if you happen to win.

No. People leave PvP because of PvP people. I'm one of those leavers and there's nothing even Tiamat can do to bring me back to full-time PvP. I don't even do my daily PvP quests anymore. I'll give each new PvP mode a fair try, but I don't expect to stay long. It's the people who ruin PvP. Not the gear. That gap is only to be expected. The player's attitude is not.

I don't agree with much you say about pvp, for instance needing r10's. However I agree completely that it's attitude not gear.

Yep , I never really pvp much in this game since I prefer shooters , in Neverwinter I very casually pvp very very occasionally so I wasn't actually aware how bad it was but what opened my eyes to how hostile pvp in this game is was the first couple of weeks after IWD opened , some of the abuse I saw from pvpers to each other was actually breathtaking , stuff like wishing other players family's died of caner and HAMSTER like that , I understand a bit of competitive banter but the stuff I saw in OWPvP put me off pvp in this game period.

@OP , Cryptic wrecked lowbie pvp the day they added scaling epic gear (aka Legacy gear in a lot of other mmos)to the game.
