Question about buying expansion pack

Under payment options I am only given Skrill and Paypal.

What's the deal with this? Why can I just give PWE money?

    I was wondering about this myself. I don't have an account with Skrill or paypal.

    With Skrill you can attempt to make an open credit card payment with no account. Not sure if it works, I always just get an error. Had to get my Paypal account in order to get things to work. I'm not a huge fan of Paypal though, I'd rather be able to just open credit card like you can when purchasing Zen.

    you do not need to get a paypal account to use a credit card with paypal.
