Can't transfer Zen - My Wallet Time out error

I have been trying for hours today to transfer Zen that I have earned. After about 20 minutes, I finally got the "My Wallet" page to load. Afterwards, I have been unsuccessful in transferring my Zen to NWO on Dragon server.
The error message reads "There was an error transferring your ZEN. Please try again."
How else are we supposed to get Zen into the game without transferring it through the official site? My AD waits about 4 days to get filled through ZAX, which I'm ok with. But if I purchase or earn Zen I would like to transfer it immediately.
Anyone else having Zen transfer issues?
