Can you restore Deleted Quests from the Preview server?

Was thinking the other day, "Maybe I should not have deleted all of my quests (that I had deleted)."
I was playing on the Preview server and logged out of my character and saw the foundry and so I hit it.
There lole and behold were all of my Foundries. Even the deleted ones.
I could not republish because everyone was "profane words" errors (not really - must be a Preview server thingy).
So my Question is; Can I re-publish them back somehow into the main game?
One of the main reasons is that my Foundry Achievements went down after I did (Do not know why they should), and I want them back lol.

I wonder though, since this means "deleted" doesnt really mean deleted.
