MC end chest locked during DD time

when we finished, there're still 6 min left for the DD event. we went in 28 min after DD started. yet, the chest was locked. is this a bug?

    Yes, since the patch, chests have been really buggy, both during DD and with keys.

    The ways to get around it are:

    Relog- go to the menu and "change character". This gets you back to the character select screen. Choose that same char and log back in. That is the simplest way, and sometimes seems to work.

    Use the GM help option.. Go to the "stuck" option, and "unable to progress". It will warn you that this will abort your current quest and teleport you out. Don't worry, go with it. You'll be booted out of the instance, but you'll still be in the group. Press "return to instance" at the top of the screen, and you'll be back inside, at the latest campfire.

    If neither work, then you're SOL until they fix it, sorry.
