Dungeon chest not opening

many people have it witnessed since the CTA event has started, yet i see only but 1 thread on the bug section with about like 2-3 replies on it, out of which none of them is posted by a developer/mod
whats so secretive about it?
this is a serious issue, its wasting people's time grinding/farming, trying to get that last one piece of their gear
i've done like 10 runs while DD event is on these last some days, also having all the different kind of keys at inventory, and half of the times(if not more) the end chest was simply still locked, and im standing there thinkin "great,another pointless run"
anyone to mention you're aware of the problem and trying to solve it? maybe an apology anouncement and some news about the situation? or do yous guys just wait for the event to get over and then hopefully everything will be as before and working as intended?
im starting to lose faith on how this game management treats us, players, and not just cause of this bug/secretiveness,but yeah, not that anyone cares anyway, i guess
