Armor Enchanment

Just looking for input in terms of what armor enchantments are currently in vogue. I have a soulforged on my TR and am looking to make one for my HR. Is soulforged still BiS or are other enchantments being used? I see considerable talk about Barkshield, for example, and some as well relative to Elven Battle.

Looking for input what I should slot. I use this guy for both PvP and PvE.

    use the 3
    I have 3 for my PF HR
    P.bark vs gwfs/gfs
    l.Soul vs trs
    EB VS CW & HR

    if you don't have the 2 and don't have the 3 same armors then use soul

    edit: transmute the other 2, so you won't get confused of what's what

    Sf for pve definitely, unless you like long runs. Sf for pvp dom, unless you are really really tanky, and find yourself dying very infrequently, at which point I'd switch to something like bark, which again, you might not need if you're tanky, or an offensive, perhaps briar.
    No idea what my toon is now.
