Dungeon Delve during CTA event...pick one!

Across 3 Delve runs with several guildmembers we either got the Dungeon Delve text OR the CTA text, but never both.

If the Dungeon Delve text is up, the chest unlocks, if the CTA text is up, the chest is locked, even if we have the key in addition to it being Delve time.

    Have to check this relation of text to chest's status, but definitely a lot of runs for me and my teammates ended up with locked chests after patch and introduction of CTA.

    yea im getting tired of this, im trying to gt high vizir set but i have lost numerous amount of chest since it takes forever to get the chest unlcoked message, even when using gh help to try and fiz the bug
