Yo, I was wondering if having a required component for refinement, eg. a Mark of Potency, in your overflow bag makes it unable to complete the refinement. I just got 25 fails streak with 50% chance of success. I was totally struck down by the RNG, but it's what it is, I thought myself, laughing at my luck.
Then I realized I had one component in my overflow bag, and after removing it there, the very next refinement succeeded. The system didn't at any point out that I am totally unable to succeed under these circumstances.
I think it should be addressed that even trying to refine under such conditions would be prohibited. If it already is and I just got one out of 34 millions -case, I'm going to play a lottery this weekend.
