Camera Shake Effect? If so, where and/or how to use?

So I remember this one map from awhile ago where the author managed to put in a camera shaking effect that lasted throughout this long hallway. I've been looking around the foundry assets for something that could be this effect, but to no avail. Does anyone know if it still exists/is still usable/where it is/what it's called? And if applicable, how to use it?

Neverwinter Wiki: Advanced Foundry Topics - Special Objects

FX - Dust Ring 01: this provides a screen-shaking earthquake effect.
FX - Falling Dirt 1|2: provide a small (much smaller than Dust Ring) ground-shake effect, far less intense and very localised.
