Bugged Sword Coast Adventure Tutorial Quest regarding the Darman Shepherd

Ok Folks, greetings to all, weird as it is... my Hunter Ranger recieved the Sword Coast Adventure "Tutorial Q" twice.. equaling two puppies.. only one at use and second in backpack for now... so.. I got one extra..yay? .. well You don't complaint when to error is to your advantage, or do we?

Then my fourth Character reached the level and permission to enter the Sword Coast... but Poor Rincewind, my Control Wizard got no Tutorial at first.. then I did post in some thread and I got the Tutorial/Quest, fine except the very first fight had 7 Magic as passing-cost, ofc none of my characters could pass.. so I ran out of health... no passed Q.. no puppy for poor Rincewind... :( and no way to repeat or complete the task/Tutorial...

Help and have pity on the poor Wizard...

    Of course, by posting this in the forums it appears that you actually think other players can help you. In which case I'm happy to; pass me your account login information and names of characters affected.

    (((This is a joke. I clarify this since many readers are not intellectual enough to figure this out)))

    No changes and no help yet.. too bad.. Doesnt feel nice at all..

    I filed a support ticket for the same issue reported by the OP, and the response was to clear my browser cache (done), restart my computer (done), use Firefox or Chrome as my web browser (done, the latter is my usual browser and I also tried Firefox).

    The instructions also said that if that did not result in the 'Your First Adventure"/Damaran Shepherd SCA quest becoming available (it did not), that I should "please file a bug report regarding this issue in Neverwinter's Forums" (with this post, also done).
