Menzoberranzan Renegade bug

Hi guys, so I recently bought the Hero of the North pack, which comes with the Menzoberranzan Renegade race.
So I went to create a new character and when I was customizing my character I couldn't find the Renegade 1-6 tattoos. I only found them on an alternative face called HAMSTER Old Drow Face HAMSTER, which you cant even change the skin color.
How can I find these tattoos?

I don't have access to that race, and don't know what all used to be able to be chosen, but after exploring the character creator for the first time in a long while recently, I found that they had removed a lot of customization options.

I was just going to look at reproducing a look that I already had on another character and couldn't get anywhere close.

I don't know if they just hid them somewhere that I can't find or if they took them out, but I don't understand why they would remove options that they already spent time getting into the game, and that, in my opinion, were far superior to what they have now.

Just checked and found the following:

Males - No Menzo tattoo options
Females - Menzo tattoos available on one head called "Drow Face" which you can find that through the Customize option. First option there is "Head" and Drow Face is right at the bottom of that list.

Looks like they need to add this head for males.

When they redid the character models for Mod 3, they did a sloppy rush job and removed all of the old face, eye, and eyebrow options, redid the proportions entirely on a couple of races, and broke many, many things. Things are still broken(Edited old characters get a TRULY bizarre neck flap, at least on males in heavier armor, for example), some hairstyles have ceased to exist(Some even since the change. Long - Draped is gone after it was allegedly 'edited' for clipping issues with the horrid new faces. Nope, not edited, they REMOVED it).

Despite multiple threads, at least two of which got over 20 pages, there has been zero dev response and nothing done. Nothing will be done, sadly, because they don't care and aren't listening.

Someone should be in this thread shortly to tell you that the 'official' reason is because of the race designs for 5E, but the fact of the matter is that there's never been an official reason given.

Some of the new options can be made somewhat decent, with enough time spent fiddling around, but sadly, the vastly superior old options seem to be gone for good.

For a bonus, they occasionally fiddle with hairstyles and break them on existing chars. My characters used to have no issues with their hair, now the hair on my TR gaps when it never used to and my DC's hair hangs oddly when it didn't before.

Basically, it's a huge mess. Don't expect it to be fixed, ever. And yeah, their 'fix' for the menzo renegade race is a single face you can't edit, rather than, I don't know, making the tattoos you paid 200 bucks to be able to use usable on their new mess.

I see, thanks guys for the answers. It's really a shame it is what it is but i suppose there's nothing I can do. Thanks again
