Weapon enchant procs 0 damage

Not sure if this is posted yet, or what the cause is, but the vast majority of my weapon enchant procs for both plaguefire and bilethorn cause 0 damage.

activate che combat log[self] , not all number display on the screen but it seems the enchant is still doing damage.

I parsed it all out, and here is a screen shot of the weapon enchant damage. There are quite a few hits for 90 give or take, and a good ammount at the 30 damage range, but there are a LOT of 0 damage numbers on the bottom of the table.



The next image is from my GWF on live, and I found ZERO hits of no damage. Really not sure what the problem is, but there is clearly a problem.
