The BI neck/ring/waist sets (purified and corrupt) proc their set bonuses when you take black ice damage. Does this mean they won't proc outside of Icewind?
That seems to be what the tooltip is saying, but it also says you will deal cold damage to enemy players (for the corrupt version), but since players don't do black ice damage to each other (it's always cold damage) how is the effect proc'd in those cases?
Also, anyone know what message appears on the screen when these effects proc? I have so many different BI effects going on I have no idea which message belongs to which effect.
