You shouldn't be able to dodge Rays in the first place.
Why? Warlocks ray is not auto-lock They need to AIM. I think that if ranged classes get easy high DPS with procs, why should they have auto-guided hits? I think cws and hrs can use powers that actually require them to carefully AIM instead of auto-lock stuff. Can at least do that much, instead of relying on hits that are guaranteed to land. To catch a dodging enemy almost every class must take into account if the target is moving. Cws have auto-aim, hrs have auto aim or gap closing melee attacks.
A more fair system would be 'you hit where you aim'. I move away and you were not skilled enough to follow my movement? Sorry, retry next time. For gwfs it's like that for 99% of the moves. Warlocks ray also requires active aiming. For cws and hrs should be the same.
Is it confirmed that "Focused Wizardry" feat is always considering -30% on AoE spells even on the last rank where it should be only -10% ?
Abaddon523, I have seen your separate posts on this based on ACT results. Do you think it is still the case or Is it solved ? And even if it still -30% is it worth to take it ? (considering Spell Storm and Assaillant are considered as Single Target dmg if I'm not wrong).
Thanks to all for any update on this. I would like to put 3 ranks on this feat but if it is bugged I'll not change my build (CS SS at the moment).

I have not checked lately. To my knowledge it has not been fixed and still decreases AOE damage by 30% at all ranks.
