More Hotkeys in Power Tray

Neverwinter is more action-oriented than most MMOs and could (one year ago) do away with 3 Encounter powers, 2 At wills and 2 Dailies, later adding 1 artifact, total of 8 actions you can do in combat besides evasive action. However, the overall feel of this because of cooldowns/chargeups is very limiting. It's gotten quite stale over the months. I challenge the developers to introduce more options for us whether in form of;

a. inactive power trays
b. switchable power configuration
c. more encounter slots, with reduced effectiveness

The point is to add more diversity to gameplay. Right now everyone is able to come up with these cheesy META builds because, c'mon feat & pick the 3 best powers and tell everyone to copy-paste.

Combat is the most appealing part of Neverwinter. I am convinced that adding more power slots will make combat even better.

Example attached.

At least make this a shortcut tray instead of opening the Power window, scrolling, and dragging powers in and out. At best, add more utility to improve upon its implementation. Combat will feel less monotonous and more fluid.

    I can see that you just want to streamline the power tab skill switching that happens on the fly during a fight, personally I do that when I realize that I have my pve loadout up when I start pvping. Its the worst cuz my pve skills aren't very good for pvp unless the player is braindead. I usually run away when I find out, because most pvper's don't give you much time to change out a skill, the some that do I believe are in the same boat with having the wrong loadout.

    It also does sound like you want more button presses ala Tera online, that **** is the worst. I do not want that ever! If I have to contort my fingers to hit one ability, the fun that could be had rapidly diminishes, especially when its a very situational ability. The limited loadout of skills in Neverwinter is a part of the reason I like this game. Its combat system is the best bar none.

    Streamlining power switching I can support, but not implementing more button presses.

    Actually, I would like more belt icons....we currently have three and people typically have a healing potion in one, the adorable pocket pet in another, and tymora's lucky coin in the third...well, there are more items that I would like to have easy access to...I'd even to be willintg to pay real $$$ for additional slots, say $5-$10 per slot.
    Hoping for improvements...

    Not gonna happen. They already have identical number of hotkeys to game controller buttons.
    They will not add hotkeys for the PC that the game consoles cannot also use.
