Has PvP gotten better?

I'm a PvPer. Originally left NW because its PvP was so bad, limited, afkers, botters, pointless, etc. Now with the recent PvP patch did it get better?

    Still fun to play, but here are the most annoying things:
    1. Player behaviour
      I think this is the most annoying thing in pvp. To me about only 1 of 20 players in NW is nice to other players. Usually you only have a kill a player to be harassed by bad language.
    2. Matchmaking
      Only about 1 of 20 games are even and doesnt end with the other team standing down the enemy's base asking for 1 on 1.
    3. Unkillable players
      Some players (DC's, HR's and ps TR's) are impossible to kill 1 on 1 or even 2 on 1.
    4. AFK:ers
      Bots or players given up after 1st battle.
    5. Maps
      Only 2 maps. Really dont understand this. They can add a whole new area, but not even a tiny new pvp map. Insane!

    how is there still really only one map/mode?! I heard about the open daily area but I mean a BG/arena area. It can't take that much to create a map can it?

    It's still terrible but it's the only thing left to play. Dungeons are so dull ^^

    Yes, there are two maps with open world PvP. No one seems to mention them in this thread. However, you need at least three boons from either of the first two campaigns in order to access them (you can access only one at the beginning, and later unlock the other one).

    Don't forget GG but that has it's own queue problems.

    That is why I didn't mention it, plus because of the fact that it can be done only few times a day at certain hour, which is not something that would make PvP focused players start playing this game again.
