can not complete quest

Shrander n dread ring the plant seedlings n read thyran writings can not be completed. How we suppose to test anything when you can not complete quest to move on?

    Before the why, they need the how, what, when, and where. You've provided none of these.

    This is on Preview Shard. Using warlock shrander plant seedlings hit start nothing happens same in dread ring read writings hit start nothing happens been 3 days now
