Can't enter dungeon

I've tried different times, on different dungeons, on different instances. Every time I try to enter a dungeon with my current team at the dungeon doors it says that I'm queued and need to leave the queue first. I'm not in any queue or do I have a party in the dungeon or anything of that sort. If I try to enter my team I get that message. But if someone else does it, we go right in. I've looked for a fix or work around and so far nothing.

Try stripping off all your gear and then queuing on a dungeon with a gs req to break it. Then put your gear back on and queue again.

Ive tried with half gear, no gear, all modes and still can't make it there. Im trying cragmire mines and have been having this problem all day. Im on lv 25...
