Biggrin's Tomb quest not updating reputation

I completed Biggrins on 2 different toons and did not get a reputation update.

    You aren't supposed to get reputation for Biggrins tomb only 1200 refined Black ice and 50 konig coin , you only get reputation for the faction daily quest.
