Dread Warrior Bugged for collection points?

So I bought a dread warrior companion cause they look cool and I've wanted one ever since they were released and for some odd reason its not counting for my collection like it is supposed to. I've passed it from the caracter I bought it on (the one I want to use it on) to alts and even handed it off to friends I trust enough to give it back and it never gave anyone collection points.

    I remember that being an issue when they first were released. Apparently it's never been fixed.
