Questions about using the foundry for testing builds

I have no experience with the Foundry. Haven't so much as fired it up. However, I am considering using it to create some testing grounds and I have a few questions:

1) Can I place Test Dummies in a Foundry level?
2) Can I designate things on enemies I make like their HP and damage resistance?

Basically, I'm looking for a way to test various builds of my characters and their DPS outputs in controlled scenarios (single target, vs. 3 enemies, vs. 8 enemies, vs. enemies with high damage resistance, etc.). I don't like how my only options for such tests right now are the Trade of Blades, Dread Ring and Caer-Konig where any person wandering by can accidentally or intentionally wreck my test and also where I can't control the spacing or number of targets.

You can't have neither of those. You can just put real enemies, you can select them from a prety big list, but you can only edit their looks, not their stats.

the closest thing you can do is use ogres, but generally foundry enemies are too weak for testing. better for you to run to HEs in IWD.
