You can find this area where the gnolls are down the steps. Go straight...and there is a new building to your left, the area is behind the building.
There is a kill zone when you reach the edge. We managed to get one quest for the area but it gives no reward or exp. You will know you are in the right area due to all the mobs having skulls instead of levels.
just for saying it without opening a new thread:
the new dungeons and skir are very very good. Finally few very hard hitting adds (150k will become standart damages to receive) and the boss fight???? awesome!
JUST 1 THING: they finish really too soon.

Well right now the mine in icespire Peak is just a copy of the Mithral Mine, or at least it was when I ran it last week. There was also a new area in Ebon Downs. Now the HR analog of the dragon cult are pains, their rooting you is annoying.
Any info on the new dungeon? New armor? How long.hard is the PVE dungeon.
Is it like CN or T2s? Or more like the failure MC/VT?
I'd like any info too , they have locked the queues to stop people trying the new dungeon and skirmish so they must be worried people will get in so I wonder if the dungeon isn't linked to campaign progression this time?
The skull icon ☠ beside a monster's hp bar means, it scales with player levels. So from the lvl required to enter the areas to 60 anybody can do the content.
Hmmm I wonder what they have planned then , I saw a post where somebody did a HE in Icespire peak so i'm hoping that HE's are on all maps now too , I need to check out the new area in the Neverdeath graveyard while I'm leveling my Warlock next time I log on , I didn't see any new area in Blacklake district , Tower district or Blackdagger ruins while I have been leveling my Warlock but I wasn't really looking either because I had no idea about them till I read this xD.

Id love to see them introduce a system that allowed players to re-play all the old content using a system like this... I dont know what the benfit would be, but would be cool to replay everything for a purpose on mains where its all scaled.
I heard a rumor they were also going to add HEs and things of that nature to the older content... Like we have in IWD to make the zone more inter-active. Who knows...

There is a HE in the other ice zone (can't remember the name, but its the ice mountain area).

Dungeon Info that I saw:
Bosses:
A dragon rider where when it almost dies, it jumps off of its dragon and the two separate. Similar to FC. Not very hard at all for both epic and normal. No adds.
Twin scorpions (so you fight 2 bosses at once). On epic their cone fire attack HURTS. Basically the easy way to kill them is to have 2 people control their aggro so they don't attack everywhere. No adds until after the fight when you continue on...if you rush those adds, you will die on epic (heck, the first group of mobs outside literally killed me in under a second on my GWF because I didn't expect that much burst damage). No adds.
Final boss is a dragon (surprise) but the skin wasn't complete yet, so it looked like karrundux. Its a very fun fight that where you literally have no idea wtf is happening lol. They incorporated a lot of different attacks from previous bosses and it makes for an interesting fight where you need to actively avoid attacks that are just floating around the map without the bosses' control. No adds.
Some things to note: A lot of the textures were incomplete and when you couple that with the graphic bugs where you can't see red half of the time in a boss fight, the final boss was way harder than it actually needed to be since you couldn't see where the danger zones where or even when an object was about to fall on your head. The falling attacks bypass cc immunity and knock you down regardless. I won't go into detail about the map design since it literally is not finished (anyone could tell with a glance. lots of unfinished textures everywhere and it looks like some areas were blocked off). As it stood, getting to the final boss took about 10-15 minutes easily due to the map not being done.
