Cant Copy my character to the preview server.. T_T

Hi....I posted this forum cause I cant copy my character from http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?330011-Welcome-to-NeverwinterPreview!I got total of 12 characters but I only got a list of 8 characters in the copy list the others I cant copy it... T_T please... help ..
