Merely a suggestion; it'd be nice for a fee to be able to change a non account wide mount ownership to another char within same account. I can't see where this could be abused or hurt the economy.
In my particular case I got a shadow wolf for my GWF and it was too small for him. Of course when the HR came out later I thought the shadow wolf would be perfect for him.
Sounds good to me. Would be more tempted to get lockbox mounts or upgrade special mounts if you could do this, although the costs still need to be heabily reduced.

A lot of people might fall in love with the Warlock and abandon their original toons, it would be awesome that they allowed you to transfer pets or mounts to your new character even if for a small Zen Fee, keep it in the same account and maybe put a level restriction ( once your warlock reached 60)
Or a nice AD sink if they charged you to allow you to turn a character bound mount into a account bound mount.
This is a great idea for a premium purchase that doesn't effect non-paying players. Should do the same for companions too. Cost depending on level of companion of course.
They're missing out on a bunch of possible premium features. This, the ability to store multiple gear sets in "gear bags", the ability to buy cheaper mounts for just one character, instead of having to pay for an account wide unlock, the ability to make armor into costumes, or at the very least let us transmute helmets into costume helmets, since the costume helmets suck. These are just a few off the top of my head that are purely customization and fluff.
