After a lot of testing with both a Greater and Perfect version of this enchantment I can confirm that Entangling Force and Icy Rays, are not affected by the resistence. These spells maintain their entire duration.
Can a DEV please confirm if this is working as intended?
As I know you are aware testing these things take a lot of time for a person, and in my case I have also invested in ZEN to buy these enchants.
A response would take minimal effort and be encouraging for players to see.
While the Lesser and Normal versions function as intended, the Perfect one is broken. It doesn't affect CC resistance at all. I can't tell you anything about the Greater.
The Perfect Elven Battle enchantment has been broken since the first day of Module 1 and I was the first one to have it. I waited over 6 months for the devs to fix it, before selling it to a very unlucky GF who didn't happen to know it's not working. You will find at least 30 threads on the forums stating that the Perfect version of it has no effect. Since it's been bugged for almost a year, I wouldn't get my hopes up of it ever being fixed.

Hi,
Thanks for posting. Actually the greater and perfect both work againts quite a few effects. I have tested them myself and also Lena has posted some testing here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASAccVnfrt4
The reason why I wanted confirmation on the CW spells was because of this post below by Detoxnrelapse on 03/01/2014
"Perfect Elven Battle Enchantment still bugged
With a greater elven battle enchantment:
CW's entangle, breaks almost instantly
HRs interupting/root - breaks in less than half a second
With a perfect:
CW's entangle - full duration
HR's interupting/root - full duration
I thought this was fixed awhile ago...its not. And thats just from testing a few matches. Its noticeable the difference between a greater and perfect - no excuse why this hasnt been fixed".
Now from my testing both work vs HR,TR root/daze however neither work vs CW spells.
Are entangle/Icy Rays not slows and/or immobilizers? I really cannot understand why a Dev would not clarify this.
