Foundry Button Disabled at Character Select (3 Level 60 Characters)

My Foundry button is disabled at the Character Select screen. I've been playing since Open Beta, have 3 level 60 characters, dabbled with the Foundry feature, but never published anything. Given that the Foundry only requires level 15, it should be available to select. Instead I hover over and get the "The Foundry becomes available once a character to level 15" text. It'd be nice to try it out once again...

That might be a bug - I think some others have seen that as well. You should enter a Support Ticket.

Meanwhile, you might try setting "Force Verify" in launcher just to make sure you don't have any datafile corruption.

Yeah this bug pops up from time to time randomly for a long time.

Thanks guys. It was available again this morning, just randomly noticed it yesterday evening. Figured I'd better mention it.
